About RingRingRevenue & how we test
RingRingRevenue is an independent review publication covering AI receptionists and voice agents for local service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and beyond. We started because nearly every "best AI receptionist" ranking online is written by a vendor ranking itself #1. That's not a review; that's an ad.
What makes us different
- Trade-specific verdicts. A solo HVAC shop and a 20-truck plumbing operation need different things. Every review says who each service is best — and worst — for.
- Verified pricing. We publish real 2026 prices with the verification date, and we explicitly flag what we couldn't verify instead of guessing.
- Documented methodology. Below is the exact rubric we score against. No black boxes.
Our 100-point testing rubric

Our testing status: an honest note
Phase 2 — hands-on trials: we are setting up structured trial accounts to run scripted test calls against each service, scored on the rubric above, with dated notes and recordings where vendors permit. When a review includes hands-on results, it will carry a "Lab-tested" badge with the test date.
We believe this honesty is the whole point. A methodology page implying testing that never happened would be deceptive — exactly what regulators and search engines penalize.
